Me and two of my friends were in the icing in Oshawa mall, we were just browsing but for some reason this one employee decided it was necessary to follow us around the entire store every time we moved to an area she would follow, and she wouldn’t be doing anything, there was a line at the cash register and she decided it was more important to follow us even after we left the store ( due to her making us uncomfortable) she watched us and walked along side us through the glass till she couldn’t see us anymore
I did my piercing with Leah ❤️ such an amazing person she took the time to answer my questions and made me feel super comfortable
Worst place and arrogant Staff named Ange. In June, they did piercing for my 1 year old and we bought 14carat ear pin from them as well. In July, back lock of one of ear fell and earlobe of my daughter got infected. When it healed, around August 16th, we went again and a polite indian staff told us that they will pierce it again and the defective ear pin they will report as defective and in exchange give us a new one wothout any extra cost , but she mentioned to come back after 10days coz as per her the wound was not healed ... read more

the employees at this location are always super friendly. however the products such as earrings and necklaces are overpriced especially since they turn ur skin green. i got a set of 3 earrings for around $25 and they turned my ears green and crusty
