Very rude staff. We were about to try an earring (which we have done in the same store several times). The staff stopped stating it is not allowed due to hygiene concerns. We totally understand this and stopped trying the earrings. However, the tone from the staff was so rude and she just started sterilizing the earrings just for touching them. 1. I am happy that my daughter was able to get her ears pierced...but when I asked about pricing...for example, the earrings I wanted for my daughter...she said they were 90 but when she walked away and I looked at the pricing, the earrings were about 50...which was odd. 🤷♀️. That's my experience...I'm guessing the rapid earrings which show a shorter time for healing was more than the regular piercing but I think a paper showing the price would be more idea to give to customers so the trust could be their with pricing.
Took my 5 year old daughter for a REpiercing this morning that she was nervous about but wanted. I asked the associate to check the point for piercing since she had brown and we weren’t certain they were even in the first place. She was efficient and precise, kept the pain to a minimum and treated both parents and daughter very graciously, giving us all her attention and helping us take advantage of some wonderful sales. My daughter left very happy and sparkly.
