My 15-year-old loves Claire's, and we've not been to this location, together, ever. We walked in and browsed at all the cute, darling items. Meanwhile 4 sales associates stood there talking amongst themselves, loudly that one could hear their personal convo. No greeting, no approaching us to see if we needed help, no customer service acumen, or even a tad bit of effort. What a vibe downer, a sad indictment on the Claire's brand. I came in to buy a birthday gift and I found more than enough gifts and a few things for myself as well! Rosemary was such an amazing help and she has great taste in style for what I needed she was so sweet and has a contagious smile
I came in shopping today, looking for one particular item to finish my outfit. I met the most wonderful person today who helped me find more than I needed. I walked out with a whole bag of things that I just love and I owe it all to Rosemary she went above and beyond and gave me customer service like I have never seen before.
