No wonder they are going out of business with these kids treating their customers rudely the girl with blue hair used an unnecessarily, aggressive tone to speak to me. not appreciated
This place isn't the best, and it's not the worst, but the problem is that Victoria didn't ask my mom for permission to say if I can or can't get my ears pierced, and she just did it randomly after she gave us the wrong instructions she told me leave it in for 3 weeks and I took it out after three weeks and the hole covered right up so I had to go back to get it re-pierced and she was refusing to pierce my left ear!
Worst customer service over the phone. They were not accommodating. No, I have to leave a funeral drive four hours to just get a price adjusted since they charged me the wrong price.
