I walked into this store today said hello to the young lady working there. No response at all. She didn't even look up from her phone she was on. Looked around through the store, & she finally looked up. She looked me right in the face. No acknowledgement or response at all. Noticed she had her earbuds in, then looked back down at her phone. All I could do was shake my head, & walk out with no purchase, & won't be back.

Brought my daughter in a "nose piercing" and ended up with a straight earring stud that poked the inside of her nose. We didn't notice it until we got home that they charged me $65 for a single earring stud made for earlobes, put in with an earring gun. When I called the manager at the Greece Ridge Mall she got very rude with me and said the way I was expecting the piercing was the way tattoo parlors do it, not them.
