My family and I were in here about 20 minutes ago, at around 8pm. Normally we have a decent experience, however this time was terrible. There was an employee by the name of Natalee. We went to go checkout, and we stood at the register, and we were some of the only ones in the store. She was nowhere to be found. My sister asked where she was, I thought she was helping another customer, but when those two people left, I was confused. Megan is the best manager this company could ever ask for. My little girl came in with her ear pierced crooked. She was really scared because it was her first experience with piercings. But Megan had the magic to make her feel happy and comfortable. Got it fixed up and my daughter is still talking about how nice she was. Could not be more thankful for Megan. Thank you so much!
I got my second piercing today (12/9/23) and Alondra helped me and she was so sweet!! She gave great recommendations and was really good at making me feel comfortable! Will definitely go back when I want my 3rd ear piercing :)
I love this store! They always have something I want because all their merchandise is so cute. The staff are always helpful and kind. I've had one piercing done there and it was perfect! Great store!
