They rush to close without finishing fully, poor craftsmanship, zero quality, fake inspection, too many structural issues. Stay a way from ICI.
The neighborhood is great. The builder (ICI) is terrible. If you can find a better solution go for it. As mentioned on the comment above, they charge very high premium prices for very poor finishing. They don't meet deadlines and don't fix things that would clearly be their responsibility to predict and do correctly. If you find a house that is already done (in the past other builders built here) and like it, go for it. Again, the place is great. But if you are considering to build, avoid ICI.
