Very poor customer service despite a reservation for a birthday celebration. The manager made matters worse by allowing his hostess staff to be disrespectful and unprofessional despite his presence. We ultimately left the restaurant. I cannot remember that last time I have experienced such unprofessionalism from restaurant staff. The restaurant was almost completely empty, yet they could not get it together in the simplest ways.
