I came here for my birthday on this past Monday and it lived up to all of the amazing comments I've heard! First off, the service here is exceptional. The waiter was ready to accommodate all of our needs as we had a large party of 8. I ordered the lobster tempura and it was amazing! Also, the hibachi service was out of this world! Tonight was my son and I's birthday. We had a group of eight(which included a 1 1/2 yr old) we knew they are very busy so we made a 530 reservation. We were not seated until 630...we were seated in a row at the hibachi so it was difficult to speak to my in-laws at the end of the row..we were so squished in that the highchair was unable to be used and my seat was pushed out from the table . Furious w bar service! All 3-4 girls were worried about were their social life. One texted the entire night, 1 kept showing something on her arm to male servers, 1 (in less than tank top) stayed in corner & talked w 3 guys (in Red Sox gear w sunglasses on) the entire 2 hours we were there. Took menu w/out taking our order, took glasses w/out asking if we wanted another. Bar was dead, we were watching pats game . Manager cared less!!! Complete joke. This place has gone downhill FAST!!! Took bad cuz sushi is good!

For the past 3 years on my birthday, a big group of us come here for dinner and drinks. Last night was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The service was absolutely horrible and the staff was rude and unaccommodating. We had an 8:30 reservation for 16 people. After a half hour of waiting, we starting inquiring when our table would be ready and were told "5 minutes." We weren't sat until 9:40!!!
