We had a party of 8. I made reservations in advance. We waited 40 min to sit down, after sitting down waited 40 for drinks then another 20 before our order was taken. Then another 20 min for cooking to begin. Reservation at 730 and didn’t leave till 1030pm. The food was over cooked, under seasoned and shrimp was not deveined. Use to love this place, what happened?

Went with a group of girlfriends and had a reservation. Was waiting at the bar for a drink beforehand and was not acknowledged for at least 20 mins. Then, table was ready approx. 30 mins after arrival, so to the table with no drink from the bar. Service at hibachi was rushed. Then the party of 10 went to the bar after for a drink and was AGAIN ignored for a very long time while the bartender showed her friends her Snapchat/Twitter (I’m not kidding). Despite the time of opening on the website said 11:30, they did not open until 1:00 and then waited until 1:15 to seat people due to it being a “holiday”. The waitress was extremely slow. The chef was very good ( hibachi). When the bill arrived we saw that we were charged dinner rates, when addressed to the hostess ( brought the bill to the hostess since we waited forever for th waitress to come back) she said she would change it to the lunch rates . She returned to inform us, that they were not doing the lunch menu because ... read more

All three of our water glasses were dirty with floating particles, the woman on the side of me returned her salad bc there was mold on it, and we’ve come to the realization that whatever protein we order at the hibachi, it has all the same flavoring. Every time we go, we leave saying the same thing, “Why do we come here?”. And the answer is, “Because my 7 yr old likes the show”...but we won’t be back.
