We had a big group of us place separate takeout orders for pickup, and despite this place being relatively new, I thought the staff handled this quite well, bringing the food to us as quickly as possible. We had I think 8-10 people picking up orders, each who had ordered at different times, and they finished giving us all of our orders in about 15 minutes. Everything was well packaged and sealed. By far the worst place I have ever been. While the staff was amicable their lack of attention and communication was terrible. Waiting forever for our food while the place had 3 other people, they mixed up our order so we ended up asking for it to go. We live 8 mins away walking and by the time we got home the fish tasted old… properly because it was some old fridge stuff with that weird ashy taste to it. First time here and will be last time here, service is horrible.. my son's sushi came once rest of us finished with our dishes.. I didnt enjoy my Ramen at all, I was anxiously thinking of my son's food, thank god for screen, he got distracted by that.
