My friend and I walked into Ichiddo Ramen Izakaya and requested a table for two. We were told, “Just a minute,” so we patiently waited. After approximately 15 minutes, despite several tables being open, we were still waiting to be seated. What made the experience particularly frustrating was watching a party of three walk in well after us. I ordered the tan tan noodles because the menu said "cold noodles" so I thought it would be a cold dish, which I was craving on a hot day. It came out piping hot. I still crushed it because it was still delicious for the price, especially compared to other local Twin Cities ramen spots. I was impressed by how much additional stuff they had available on the menu. Pricier than an izakaya in Japan, but it's still nice to have a lot of options. Ordered pick up and arrived when the email said, was told it would be a few more minutes and I took a seat and waited. I asked them about the ETA after about 20 minutes and said they would check and then again was told a couple more minutes. After once again asking about it they finally got the food to me 50 minutes later. The food seemed old while the broth looked hurriedly thrown together given it was all over the containers.
