Went to Ichiban’s with a friend. There was some confusion with the waitress taking my order. She put me down for a shrimp dinner when I just wanted a salad (I just left a dinner but was catching up with a friend who really wanted to eat at Ichiban’s while in town). When I brought it up to the staff the manager got involved and was very rude and spoke over us. First things first, I have been coming to this restaurant since I was 16 years old because it was my favorite restaurant in San Angelo. Very disappointed. My son wanted to go here for his 18th birthday. We made reservations for 715, we didn't get seated till close to 8. We didn't get our drink order till 810. We finally got our chef about 830. And to top it we got very small portions. It is very poorly managed. From now on we will go to Knickerbocker for our Japanese food 😑
