We got our sushi well after our meal had been served. Some of our food was actual burned. Overall service was a 6. For the cost we would have been better off across the street at the drive thru Japanese quicky.
The food and the chef were excellent 5+. However, the overall experience was a 1. We were told when we arrived it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait. We waited an hour to be seated. Ince seated we waited an hour until the chef arrived. An assistant took our drink orders and brought them and soup, but in the hour of sitting, didn't stop back to ask about refills and didn't bring salads until after the chef started serving parts of the meals. We went here for my friends’ birthday last night! The service was good and the food was great!
It was so fun watching the chefs cook in front of you and the food was amazing.
I go here at least two to three times a week. We always have a blast and we know everyone. They know our names and our order and we consider them family.
