Expensive, Old and Not so Fresh Ichiban Japanese Restaurant is probably one of the worst restaurants I've been to. I've been there twice. The first time I went there was years ago, and my impression of it was it was extremely expensive. Then I went again not too long ago and it has gotten worse!
