I really did not like the food. No greeting, no assistance on menu. Food did come out quickly to go but food was not enjoyable. My spouse felt his food was edible but he will kind of eat almost anything. Only thing that was okay to me was veggies.
This was our first time going to Ichiban. I ordered two chicken bento boxes, and I felt the price was fair because that was a lot of food. The food was good, and came out hot and fresh. What happened next caused me to make the decision not to return. I saw the cook come from the bathroom (okay fine, no big deal), however when I went to the counter to grab a bag and some to-go boxes, I literally watched the cook grab a handful of raw broccoli with no gloves on, and chuck it on to the skillet!
