Food was good, but service was slow to respond, if at all. Server was rude. Once we paid our $100+ bill, she didn't want to help us any longer. Very unhappy with experience.

Great deals on Mondays and Wednesday’s. The food is good and so are the prices but the service is always extremely slow. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry.
We had many different dishes and ithey were all delicious. My wife and in laws are Chinese and they have said that Iciban was more traditional Chinese than most places in the area.
