3-31-26 Our server, a young blonde gentleman was great and did the best he could. But because there was a conference, a normally dead restaurant filled up quickly and the poor guy was alone. By the time his manager showed up to help he was already overwhelmed and behind. The food took forever! And I’m sorry but was not good. My third time there and last time. I hope the server finds somewhere better to work, because this place was pretty awful and definitely not prepared for the conference.
The food was fine, our server was honest and friendly but it took quite a while for the food to be served. Pretty view and it was quit and chill. Someone said "if we don't get a check we're just going to leave." And then they did actually leave without paying. Another server came after him but I'm mmure what happened next. Pls send help :)
The staff are friendly and well-meaning, but clearly out of their depth, especially considering that we were one of three tables that occupied the room on Saturday night. US: A group of 6 gals who made a reservation in advance, where the staff asked if we wanted separate checks? “Yes” sealed the appointment. THEM: Friendly while bringing shrimp dish (which was a hit) as was the bread and butter (complimentary)- but the rest was undercooked (Power Bowl) and sun-par (salads). Excellent food, great service, and fantastic view. A real gem in the Prescott area.
Great food the service was awesome as well! Had breakfast here while staying at the hotel.
