ICF Saving Me Money Every Month! If you're thinking of building a new home you HAVE to have the guys over at ICF in West Hartford build it. Their concrete form technique saves me so much money on utilities every month. Trust me, you can't go wrong.
How is this guy still in business? Terrible experience. This guy has no idea what he is talking about and gave the worst service I've ever seen. He ignored me for weeks when I had an important question on site and acted like it was no big deal. I would not recommend him to anyone, ever.
