I really wanted to support this small business, but my experience was very disappointing. I first booked an appointment a while ago, but she later told me the time was no longer available and hadn’t been removed from the website—so she canceled it. Even though I am not interested in shellack nails and hadn’t realized that that was what Icy Nails specialized in, I had a great “regular” pedicure. Iyana is not only a sole proprietor who takes meticulous care of her client, but also a perfectionist. That’s what you want from a pedicure (manicure)! A hidden gem in the neighbourhood!
