In a day where food is getting more expensive, it's nice to see a supermarket still trying to do that they can keep prices down the shop, which is absolutely full of offers in every isle and what I think are great value too
Went in today and had heard some management talking over their headsets very unprofessionally and laughing at god knows what. Barely paying attention to their surroundings. Poor management.
I rate Iceland for their range & quality of products, but I just wish their staff were more 'customer friendly'. Kingswood shop is the worst in this area, but overall, they could all do with some 'customer care' training
Salted and pepper chicken wing is wonderful product
