Very polite and professional at the time of sale and installation. Work done in a timely manner. But! When it comes to a service call when it is still under warranty. Don't hold your breath. These guys will not return your calls, text, or voice mails. Their professionalism goes out the back door and don't care about you or your family. All they care is they get they money when the sale and installation is been done. Past that you are on your own.

Very professional service. Called Iceland about problems with my unit and someone came to check within two hours. Next day they had a new unit installed and working great. I would highly recommend their services.
They are easy to work with, accommodating and professional. I had a great experience working with them and their prices were very reasonable.
After an excellent install, they come back and do little touch ups that I called them to do. Responded right away and as before did an excellent job. These touch ups were what I wanted in addition to the normal installation. Great company, a pleasant hire, expert team of workers, try them you will not be sorry!
Received phone call to advise that they were running a little late, but would be there within 20 minutes, which they were. First thing they did was to put down canvas over my carpet to catch any debris. They removed my old furnace and refrigeration a/c unit and installed a whole new HVAC system. When they were finished, they cleaned up after themselves and other than the fact I had a new system, you would never have known they were there. A big plus in my book. I installed central air. Eddie arrived at our home and explained what needed to be done. He's very honest. Cleaned up nicely after themselves. Had my very cold air up and going in 8 hours. Cost was very reasonable. Would DEFINITELY hire him again. Thanks Eddie. Very happy customer.
