RecommendedI was very nervous because I’m a true Floridian who does not like the cold! But the session only lasts 3 minutes & afterwards I felt rejuvenated! I went in with a sore knee & sore back & I left with no pain! 12 hours later I still feel great!! Can’t wait to go back :)

Edison is one of the most knowledgeable and personable people I have ever met. The facility is immaculate and there's nothing better than being educated so thoroughly on the benefits of the treatment and then finding them to be true!

Awesome place, awesome treatment, awesome owner. My joint paint is reduced significantly... working on the muscle inflammation brought on by lots of hard workouts. Definitely try it sooner than later :)
I'm beyond thankful that my dear friend Eglee invited me to come to Iceland cryo. My first visit was the beginning of better sleep ,no soreness due to training and over all calmness. I'm hooked. Edison is an additional bonus!!!
