Wasn’t going to leave a review and won’t be mean and leave one star. Just going to say the experience was just average and could have been better. After reading other reviews and seeing your responses it’s clear perhaps a little advice might go along way for you or maybe it won’t. Terrible service man is rude seems charged me a cleaning fee for park the vehicle in the parking lot terrible service do not recommend.
Tried to drop off a U-Haul vehicle here and the guy was completely rude during the whole interaction and pawned me off to another location because he didn’t want to deal with me He was also 10 minutes late opening and frustrated at me for whatever reason
Honest and kind service. The manager called me to tell that I forgot and that he found my moms phone in the U-Haul. I came back two hours later and he gave it to me in person.
A great place of business. I went to get a tire plug.
