Let me first start off by saying everyone that I communicated with was very professional. I loved that my family was heard when asking questions and even when information had to be repeated everyone was patient with us. The facility is very beautiful and spacious we will definitely be using this space again. Thank you for all the accommodations and the on-site help the day of the event B was very wonderful to work with that day
The staff is amazing. I traveled from Illinois for my micro wedding. It was a relief to have support around the planning and preparation for the big day. Not much for me to do other than make selections and provide inspo pics for our vision. They ensured everything was taking care of. I would recommend this venue.
OMG, the Icebox exceeded our expectations! We told them our colors and just wow! The coordinator Henrietta was so amazing and very responsive and made sure we had additional vendors at our disposal. This was an all inclusive package and I would highly recommend anyone to use them for their wedding! Literally one stop shop. Thank you for making our special day remarkable.
We had our wedding reception here, and it was absolutely perfect! The venue was beautiful, clean, and everything was set up exactly as we envisioned. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process stress-free. Our guests loved the space, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day. Highly recommend!
