Great customer service great quality.
Icebox also offer in-house jewelry pawn loans, jewelry appraisals, jewelry repair, and watch repair. They even buy gold, loose diamonds, diamond jewelry, or Swiss watches and give you cash on the spot! Great services!
This place helped me with a quick loan on my gold Rolex. I needed money for about a month and they were very helpful. This was the second time I did business here.

We visited Icebox Custom Jewelry after speaking with Zahir regarding some old gold jewelry we wanted to sell. He assured us that he would offer the highest price. After having visited one of the major "Cash for Gold" chains (hint - based out of Atlanta), and offered 1/3 of the spot price, we welcomed this opportunity.
