This is the best refreshing place in Birmingham,I am from NEW YORK SO IM USED TO THE TASTE OF GOOD ITALIAN ICE,,if you never had it,,you would never eat SHAVED ICE AGAIN!

What a delicious treat! We stopped in after dinner and were pleasantly surprised. Icebergs reminds us of ice cream back home. The owner was incredibly nice and a pleasure to speak with. We will definitely be back!
