I took CPR/First Aid class with JJ Francis today. The class was AWESOME - very informative and interesting. Lavanya.

Just finished CERT Training at Toyota- Chicago Region with Steve Blagden/Vic Valdez/JJ were all awesome....great refresher of backboarding, beck braces, radio calls fire suppression with extinguishers and paper work of tracking patients. Awesome two days with the ICE team. Thank you!!

Took the CPR/First Aid class today with J.J. and it was awesome! Been taking CPR classes for over 12 years and this was the most thorough, informative and engaging one yet! J.J. explained things in a way I hadn't heard before (example: AED, what exactly it does and how exactly it works). Wonderful job J.J. and ICE Safety Solutions - see you in 2 years!
