Having been a patient from the years of Dr Shin being here, I can say that Dr Ice is a very good Doctor as well. I have had three separate appointments with Dr Ice and she has been very kind and considerate. She has taken the time to explain to me my problems and I have all the confidence in Dr Ice as I did with Dr. Shin.

I've went to this location when Dr. Shin was the attending physician. He was amazing! Earlier this week, I called and canceled an appointment and rescheduled it for today. Unfortunately, I accidentally missed my appointment. I take full responsibility for getting side tracked at work and missing that appointment. I immediately called to reschedule and the office manager said they will no longer see me as a patient. I was told to go and find another physician. Not the best eye doctor visit I've ever had. The entire office staff seemed to be lacking in professionalism. Not one single person, other than the doctor, even bothered to introduce themselves or say what they were going to do. It's a big place with lots of rooms and staff. Multiple people would come in and move you to another room and yet a different person to do another test.
