Refered by Drag Racer friend. Said this was the place for the best car a/c repair. Needed labor intensive repair. Zachary, their auto specialist said probably a 2 day or more repair. Said he would do his best and he did. Less then 2 days. So far so good. Everything working as it should and no rattles or squeaking. Exceptional customer service. Will put the word out to my car club members. 5 star from beginning to end. Highly recommended.
Best auto AC shop in town! Thorough, professional, knowledgeable, accurate equipment, competitive pricing. Great customer service and very honest advising. A test from another shop revealed a broken condenser and that's what I came ready to pay for, but Ice-Kold performed their own test and suggested an alternative solution for almost half price. Very glad I found them.
Brought my Infiniti down from Appleton for a new compressor and repair of rear lines after the Infiniti dealer here quoted close to $5000. Jarrad gave me a worst case quote over the phone of about 1/3 of what the dealer wanted and in the end the actual bill was only about 1/4 of what the dealer wanted! Exceeded my expectations in every way!! THANK YOU!!!
