Cheap poor quality chains break super easy
Paid $45 to get my bracelet fixed and not even 24 hours it broke in the same spot. Making me think they never fixed it to begin with!!
Paid Aly tha jeweler off sept 2025 and today is dec 12th still haven’t received custom pendant or rope . Only send 3d sketch nothing else not returning calls nor instagram messages. Call his place of business they our giving me tha run around nd constantly hanging up, in the process of getting plane and heading to douglasville Georgia to file lawsuits. They have bad business and I advise no one to spend there hard earned money with ice Jewelers or Aly tha jeweler that works there . I live in another state nd he scammed me
I’m very upset with this company my son paid over $8000 to A jeweler named Aly, my son was friend referred him to Aly, also he advertises on Instagram ice jewelers in Douglasville Georgia. It sucks we don’t reside in GA .Enough is enough we have been getting the run around for over 7mths my son has yet to receive his chain or pendent he paid for and we have all receipts and all conversations between Aly and my son..Aly want return my sons calls at all but he is still posting on gram.
