Just wanted to commend your tradie John who sorted out the issue with my air cons today . I can often find tradies a bit challenging. Dismissive, non communicative and sometimes outright rude. John was excellent. He has a great manner. Very professional polite and respectful. Explained the problem with patience in a way I could understand . Provided options and recommendations for repair. I would highly recommend Ice Ice Baby! Excellent communication from start of job to finish. I logged job on Friday on line and week later my lounge air conditioner was installed. The technician Turned up on time as they said in message. I have already recommended you to few friends already! Impressed my job was completed so promptly and professionally.
