Excellent service provided within 24 hours of my non urgent phonecall. I was impressed to be informed about what attention was required and even better not required for the issue for which I sought their expertise. The two young men were respectful, very good communicators & conscientious workers. Excellent value for this prompt and efficient service. Punctual. Organised. Clean & Professional Unfortunately, even though these should be the bare minimum you’d expect from a business, it’s rare here in Cairns. Jono and his team have been looking after my aircon and electrical work for over 10 years and not once have they given me a reason to be dissatisfied. A well run business with happy, attentive and conscientious staff. Can’t recommend enough ✅ Well done guys

Definitely would recommend Ice Ice Baby. Very helpful and friendly staff from my first contact to final completion of the job. While John and his work colleague installed our Fan and Air-conditioner, I asked if it was possible to get an electric plug installed, the broom cupboard and there was no hesitation. Thank you so much.
