Definitely would recommend Ice Ice Baby. Very helpful and friendly staff from my first contact to final completion of the job. While John and his work colleague installed our Fan and Air-conditioner, I asked if it was possible to get an electric plug installed, the broom cupboard and there was no hesitation. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use their prompt, professional and efficient service, again. Everyone I dealt with were helpful and friendly. Any questions asked were addressed and solutions sourced. Wait time was minimal and pricing reasonable. Great to find an awesome local company servicing the Cairns community.

Thank you Ice Ice Baby for coming to clean my air cons today. You have made the process very easy from beginning to end, your communication has been amazing. The boys were very respectful, they did an absolutely amazing job, they moved the furniture and put it back you would not have even known they had been. Ice Ice Baby came recommended to me and I will also be recommending them. Well done Team and thank you. Highly recommend, very professional organisation. 10/10.

Excellent service!! They were happy to talk me through diagnostics over the phone so I didn’t get charged a call out for a tradie to look at the old unit. Response was really quick to a quote request and the boys were on site and job completed the next day. Really neat job and super efficient! Highly recommend these guys !!

We had a hydro chemical clean for our three units and an issue fixed on one of our aircon that was still under warranty. Booking was easy, the guys came on time, everything was simple and smooth, they left the place super clean. Connor and John were super polite, friendly and helpful with my AC maintenance questions. They did a great job at a very fair price. We are very happy with our experience!
