We recently had our air conditioning serviced by this business, and I just want to give a huge shout-out to Jordan. He’s only 24 but carries himself with the professionalism and attention to detail of someone who’s been doing this for decades. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. Definitely would recommend Ice Ice Baby. Very helpful and friendly staff from my first contact to final completion of the job. While John and his work colleague installed our Fan and Air-conditioner, I asked if it was possible to get an electric plug installed, the broom cupboard and there was no hesitation. Thank you so much.

Excellent service provided within 24 hours of my non urgent phonecall. I was impressed to be informed about what attention was required and even better not required for the issue for which I sought their expertise. The two young men were respectful, very good communicators & conscientious workers. Excellent value for this prompt and efficient service. Great business. They were very understanding when I had to change my appointment last min due to sick kid. And were fantastic at working around my time when they were here they got right to the job and considerate about cleaning up and mess they made as well as being friendly and answering every question my 5 year old could ask lol. So at the end of the day my air-conditioning is clean and working better then ever will definitely use them again.
