The the studio apartments are kinda small, but they get the job done. The building has sub par security and the neighborhood isn't the safest. But people keep to themselves and the rent is cheap. Also I hardly ever have an issue with management and I can't say that about many other apartments. The only REAL issue I have is that the walls are super thin so you can kinda hear everything.
