Great service and very reasonably priced for repairs. I had a board burn up and they found it quickly
Responded to me within minutes. Show earlier than expected appointment time. They diagnosed the problem within minutes. Resolved the much faster than expected. Customer Service 10's across the board. Also the service was very affordable, did not try to milk the job. It is ice cold! Thanks Greg
Great customer service. Speedy service and installation
Have called on ice and because our heat pump was not coming on and we had to put our emergency heat on in the house. Korrie came up and he was so very knowledgeable at what was going on.. he fixed the problem and explained to us in detail what was going on.. Such a great guy ( friendly) and of course we had lots of questions. He answered them all. We will definitely call Ice and Fire for any of our future needs..
