Have called on ice and because our heat pump was not coming on and we had to put our emergency heat on in the house. Korrie came up and he was so very knowledgeable at what was going on.. he fixed the problem and explained to us in detail what was going on.. Such a great guy ( friendly) and of course we had lots of questions. He answered them all. We will definitely call Ice and Fire for any of our future needs..
I would like to Thank Ice and Fire ( Greg & Koree) for all their help this past season both on a new unit, some commercial service work, and some residential service work on my rental! We purchased a new to us home and just after the AC season the heat pump decided to give up after 19 years of use we cannot say it didn't give its all... We just moved into a house that had a Trane heat pump system, and since we didn’t know anything about heat pumps, we called Ice and Fire for advice. They promptly sent out their technician, Koree. Being a former technician myself, Koree was everything we were looking for in a technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient while I asked him 1 million questions. Very happy with the Trane heat pump and air handler. Same day estimate, from estimate to install was ten days! Ice & Fire have the best prices in town, other companies didn't even show up to give an estimate. I would highly recommend Ice & Fire. They are honest, reliable and upfront with fair pricing. The installers were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. Thank you!
