Didn’t show up for follow up. Left me looking for another contractor.
My home warranty company assigned Ice Cube Air to fix a broken unit. The company has not responded to any phone calls, messages, or answered their main office phone within their hours of operation. This company is wasting the time of its clients by dragging its feet- I am paying for portable AC units until they decide to respond. Ice Cube Air needs to learn to deny service requests in a timely manner so that their customer base doesn’t end up paying an additional arm and leg for rentals when they’re too busy. This review is for the lady in the office. I’m not sure her name. But there’s some people in life who I feel we’re put in our life even for a second to make us feel better. After moving into my new home on Monday as a tenant I have little room with repairs. She was so sweet to listen. The tech who came out to my house provided inaccurate information to me and my home warranty company. Ultimately the problem was not fixed and it’s 95 degrees outside and 91 degrees in my house. I’ve been on the phone for 50 minutes and no one is willing to help me and have been extremely rude.
My home warranty company re-assigned my work request to Ice Cube Air after the prior company (which I had problems with in the past) - was a no show and I have been without A/C for ten days.. Ice Cube Air called me yesterday and the technician was out today. Not only did they respond within 24 hours, they were professional and polite. The repair was a fuse and the technician had my A/C unit up and running within 30 minutes!
