Absolutely terrible experience. Last Friday someone from this company came to my store to pick up the ice cream cooler, claiming my sales were too low. I’ve been asking for months to replace it with a small stand-up cooler, but they ignored every request. The guy who came was extremely rude, disrespectful, and had a nasty attitude. Since January, I have experienced multiple changes to the order placement procedure, as well as a change in my assigned salesman/driver. I have made several attempts to contact management and have also emailed customer service. Unfortunately, the subpar customer service and inadequate communication have resulted in our school being unable to sell ice cream to students whose parents have already prepaid. Sean Oshinki is THE MOST unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was told that I would receive an offer letter after sending him my MVR report, which I had to pay for. After sending the report, which is clean, I was ghosted. After I called the headquarters and was assured this is not how they conduct business and that I would receive a call back and nothing.
