Beware Had Ice Cream Planet host a fundraiser for a small Cub Scout pack. The delivery van did not show up at all, and it's been a month and I am still waiting for the commission check. Very poor customer service - very disappointing.
Have tried to visit on two separate Friday afternoons (~20 minute drive each way so not a quick trip) and store was closed both times despite being within supposed open hours (12:30pm and 3pm). Called both Ice Cream Planet and Cooler Connections phone numbers and got no answer. Would have loved to visit and give a better review, but never got the chance and won't be trying again.
