DeJuan Brown did an excellent job on our lawn. We needed the lawn aerated for spring. His team responded first to our request from several vendors we had requested bids. He provided several time slots for the service, replied promptly to my questions, and kept me informed of his arrival time on the day of service. The company I operate requested window cleaning from IceCold. Our Project manager met with the owner prior to the commencement of the project and he assured the PM he was able to successfully complete the job. When walking the project we noticed that they were using supplies that were not appropriate for the job and pointed out the quality of the work; not being up to our clients standards. The team did a great job on my windows! I have a large, 2 story home about 4,000 sq feet and lots of high ceilings and windows. My windows, screens, tracks all sparkle. They also cleaned and changed the lightbulbs in all my exterior lights. They were on time, professional and very reasonably priced! Great job! thanks
