The service I receive from Nick at the Port Richey, FL shop is always outstanding. He had installed a new air conditioner in my 1991 Cadillac Allante a few months ago. Recently, I noticed that it wasn't working properly. He kept checking everything he could until he found problem with the cooling fan relay. Dennis and Team did a professional job in resolving my daughter's AC issues. Two mechanics in Gainesville could not permanently fix the AC issues, so we brought the 2009 Honda Civic to Ice Cold Air on Court Street in Clearwater Fl. for service. I brought my car with a diagnosis of evaporator leak, from another repair shop, expensive, Joe, from New Port Richey store, told me it was a valve leak, cheap repair, saving me $1000. Good job!
Shawn was AWESOME with making sure that my daughter’s car was fixed and relaying the cause of the problem to her and me. She had been to 3 other mechanics who could not diagnose the problem. The malfunction was discovered and repaired. He explained it all to me so I could rest easy. I live many miles away so it’s good to know that my daughter is driving a car that is in GOOD hands!!!
This is a great shop Kyle and the mechanics do a great job hard-working The work is always done right I’ve been going to the shop for a few months now and the work is always excellent
