Brought my 2014 Cadillac in for AC work where the dashboard had to be removed. When we picked it up there was a crack in the corner. Owner tried to show us a video of the crack from the outside through the windshield and say it was previously there. Ive been driving that car for three years and that crack was not there before the work was done. Not to mention there were greasy fingerprints right above the crack! Bruce is so helpful, and even helped me get the world's most annoying carseat out of the backseat (twice)! Thank you for always providing great service and knowing that I'm not going to get ripped off.
