PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!This company is a scam! I had them come out and do a Maintenance check on my **. Part of the check is to flush the drain, THEY DID NOT DO THAT! I had a diff tech come out and check my **, nothing was done by ICE C COOL. I asked for a refund and the guy refused. He was extremely rude. Just looking at the ** is not part of the Maintenance. I contracted this company to replace my ducts and returns in August 2019, a job that does not require a permit. They inexplicably opened a permit for a complete replacement of my air conditioning system without my knowledge. While they completed my ducts competently and on time, I received a notice about the open permit in December 2019. I called Ice-C-Cool and they arranged an appointment with for an inspection on January 28, 2020.
