We were in gymsters at ICE for a month. I kept hoping it would get better and that’s the only reason we even stayed that long. Jenna was not very good or understanding with small children. She came off as kind of rude towards children that were hyper or struggled. It was my daughter's first time there and it was not a good experience. We walked in and just got told where to go the lady at the front desk couldn't get up even for just a minute to take us to where we supposed to go or tell us anything about the place. Then the coach for gymsters is not very good with little kids. She was mean to my daughter and did not let her do all the exercises that they were doing in the class.
