Ice Age came out to perform routine maintenance on the units they originally installed. During the visit, they identified an issue with one of the outdoor units and told me I would need to schedule a follow-up appointment to address it. Multiple calls and emails to them went unanswered. We are very pleased with Ice Age, who installed a Mitsubishi split system for heating and cooling in our house last month. They were professional, responsive and efficient. I want to give a shout out to Juan Jerez and Rodolfo Cruz, who did impeccable installation work.
