We are very pleased with Ice Age, who installed a Mitsubishi split system for heating and cooling in our house last month. They were professional, responsive and efficient. I want to give a shout out to Juan Jerez and Rodolfo Cruz, who did impeccable installation work.
The Ice Age Mechanical team was great. They did the whole house install, while we were occupying the house. The work was clean and planned well and they made sure the house was clean at the end of each work day. The new installation was done in a way to mostly hide the new AC units, which was a very nice plus in our old home. The electrician they partnered with was also top notch. Ice Age Restoration demonstrated exceptional professionalism and respect throughout the entire project—the finest team I have ever worked with. From the moment they entered our carefully restored 100+ year-old home, they treated the property with the utmost care, as though it were their own. Site Lead Juan, Project Manager Juan, and Victor approached a particularly challenging and specific installation with remarkable patience, expertise, and attention to detail. Their conduct and workmanship were truly outstanding.
