From the moment they entered our carefully restored 100+ year-old home, they treated the property with the utmost care, as though it were their own. Site Lead Juan, Project Manager Juan, and Victor approached a particularly challenging and specific installation with remarkable patience, expertise, and attention to detail. Ice Age got rid of my noisy old PTAC units and installed a brand new split system in just a couple of days, all at a very reasonable price. Not only that, but they were friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure that everything in the apartment looked as good as new once they were done with the job. An absolute pleasure to work with. Would recommend for any and all residential HVAC needs!
I’ve done several large renovations withe Ice Age. They are extremely knowledgeable about trends in the HVAC field and installation and service are top quality!
UPDATE: The company reached out and did right by us. They said they are addressing the communication issue. Within a few days they came promptly and fixed the the problem - the concerning noise is gone and we can use the AC freely. Thanks very much for addressing it! This company installed our split units two years ago - the installation had some bumps along the way, but overall it went well and the units worked fine.
