Ice Age got rid of my noisy old PTAC units and installed a brand new split system in just a couple of days, all at a very reasonable price. Not only that, but they were friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure that everything in the apartment looked as good as new once they were done with the job. An absolute pleasure to work with. Would recommend for any and all residential HVAC needs!
I’ve done several large renovations withe Ice Age. They are extremely knowledgeable about trends in the HVAC field and installation and service are top quality!
UPDATE: The company reached out and did right by us. They said they are addressing the communication issue. Within a few days they came promptly and fixed the the problem - the concerning noise is gone and we can use the AC freely. Thanks very much for addressing it!
