UPDATE: The company reached out and did right by us. They said they are addressing the communication issue. Within a few days they came promptly and fixed the the problem - the concerning noise is gone and we can use the AC freely. Thanks very much for addressing it! Fast forward and there has been a persistent banging noise coming from inside the walls where the system is that. We have tried calling, emailing and texting probably about a dozen times. I highly recommend Ice Age Mechanical. We had a complicated job to reroute of our AC lines because of construction next door and they were extremely accommodating. The front office is really responsive, working us into their schedule at the last moment. The guys who came did a great job and were super professional. The job took much longer than expected and they were really kind, patient and helpful the whole way through. Seriously, It’s a great company - great service.
We had a great experience with Ice Age installing split units in our apartment. Victor was incredibly accommodating, his team was easy to work with and we’re thrilled with how our units are working.
Juan was excellent, quick and neat.
