I can’t say enough good things about ICCD Partners in Newton. From the very first phone call to schedule the appointment, the staff was kind, organized, and accommodating. My niece had her visit recently, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The practice itself is welcoming, professional, and truly attentive to patients’ needs. It was such a great experience from start to finish — highly recommend!
The experience with the doctor Rafael Castro was simply terrible. He gave my son a diagnosis with no empathy. When I asked him what he observed in my son to give the diagnosis, he told me that he was not there to convince me of anything. I would like no other mother to go through this again. I left there with more questions than answers, and we are looking for another doctor who can have enough empathy to deal with a family that is only looking for help for their children.
We had a very disappointing experience at ICCD with an SLP, Kaitlyn Mulcahey. I gave feedback to her regarding the activities she created for my child. I said the sensory bin was a bit boring for my kid. She then started crying and insulted my child (he was in the room!) during our session. The director didn’t care when I told her about the incident.
Dr.Castro is 🤩 amazing! He has given my child the diagnosis that he needed and now the road of healing ❤️🩹 is laid out! He was so patient and kind through this process as my child was super nervous throughout the testing. I also send all my children who needs developmental testing to him.
Don't waste your time. I would give zero stars if I could. These people don't even have the decency to respond to the numerous emails and voicemails I've left them.
