Just finished up a project at 80 and 100 yorkville, Jennifer, Andreia and there team of security guards were all amazing.
The worst property management company!! Zero accountability, zero communication, absolutely no urgency to get anything fixed in a building that’s two years old. Our AC unit keeps breaking and it always happens during the heat waves, keep in mind they knew about the problem last summer and they’re just looking into fixing it now….in the middle of July!! I can only speak about experience with Leona. I think it is hard to satisfy everyone all the time but Leona has been a great manager in our condo townhouse for the past years. She always keeps us updated about the condo townhouse and she is so easy to reach out and quick to get back to me all the time. She cares about issues that owners are dealing with and does her best to make arrangement to help us out!
Uncommunicative. Unresponsive. Unprofessional. I have the “pleasure” of living in one of ICC managed properties in Oakville. ICC Property Management has been completely absent when it comes to addressing resident concerns. I’ve submitted multiple formal complaints to the property manager about persistent late-night noise from neighboring units, but not a single one was acknowledged.
