My mother is 70 and has been living in a hot, humid house for FOUR DAYS because of ICC. Yesterday they came out to fix the unit. They claim to have replaced some board or another, said it was all fixed and drove away. It wasn't fixed. Her so-called service contract with this place is useless. They don't return phone calls, they don't check their own work but they do make sure to pocket people's money on that joke they call a "service" contract.
