Editing to give 2 stars instead of 1 - I did receive a refund without install of the staircases. I came in last fall to pick a runner out and joked with the employees that their reviews were brutal, they laughed and said those were inaccurate and not to worry. I was SO wrong for trusting these people. Everyone used to say ICC is the best but wow this is far from true. I prepaid 3,000 for a carpet runner last fall 2023, we ended up moving so before they cut the carpet we agreed to hold off and we would plan to install in May.... read more

ICC installed LVT flooring into our new Del Webb home. Giving them a pass on their mistake of installing the incorrect floor into one room of the house; I can't give them a pass on failing to properly prepare the cement slab for flooring throughout the home. As a result we have an uneven floor with some areas worse than others. After we filed a warranty complaint to fix the 5-6 worst spots with our builder ICC failed to acknowledge or inspect. I do not recommend. Very unprofessional.

I will echo what others have said here: the service at this place leaves much to be desired. After botching the install of our hallway carpet, I called them out to have a look, and was told that my hallway was crooked. After I pushed back, they sent someone else out to confirm. Only then did they schedule a date for the repair, and then proceeded not to show up within the time window. I made it a point to be home for this so it's especially frustrating. Still waiting on a technician to come and fix this. The first guy came out and cut our floor open, ripped up our wall and left. The technician that we had an appointment with never showed up. Then the next one never showed up. We have called and called and our floor in our new house a fun tape job Autumn, can you please get someone out here?

We have a floor installed by ICC. Several issues arose and it was pulling teeth to get them to come and make a repair, which we paid for. They did not fix it all, they said they would come back later with a different tool to fix one spot. 2 months later they haven’t returned and won’t return calls or emails. I would not recommend buying from them as they won’t support any repairs.
