So incompetent that their website does not even properly show the principal driver on a car.... When THEY gave the form... Useless monopoly!!!
Reviews say they update your licenses but now going in they say they dont do that anymore.
We were having trouble sending pictures and evidence using the icbc online service after about 4 tries and calls the service center . I went in the Center in Coquitlam and explained my dilemma and Janice at the front counter and helped guide me through the process and download my pictures and added to our file . I'd rate Janice as a 10+.
