Reviews say they update your licenses but now going in they say they dont do that anymore.
We were having trouble sending pictures and evidence using the icbc online service after about 4 tries and calls the service center . I went in the Center in Coquitlam and explained my dilemma and Janice at the front counter and helped guide me through the process and download my pictures and added to our file . I'd rate Janice as a 10+.
Best auto insurance in the country. Private only cares about profit, don’t be fooled.
On my way to campus my car had stalled on the highway so this was the closest place I could pull into before it fully broke down and not turn on. My car was in an awkward position somewhat blocking the entrance/exit for cars of this claim centre and while I was there waiting for a tow truck, an employee checked on me asking if I was ok, etc etc and actually gave me a latte in hopes of making my day better.
