ICAS Storm Restoration team replaced my roof last week - and the new roof looks amazing!! Gus initially walked me thru their process in the beginning and routinely kept me posted with progress updates throughout the project. I met with Pedro prior to selecting ICAS and he addressed my specific concerns relative to the repair/reroof around and uder the AC unit located on my flat roof. Steve was so great to work with and is extremely reliable. He walked us through the entire process and answered every call and question we had promptly.Our new roof looks AMAZING. We were shocked at how clean the yard and driveway was upon completion of the job. We are very impressed with Steve and the entire crew at ICAS. No one wants to deal with getting a new roof, but ICAS and Steve will make it as quick and painless as possible. 10/10 would recommend.
Working with Justin was seamless. He walked me through the process from beginning to end. His constant updates throughout the process made the very simple. the roof was done in 1 day once the appointment was set up. I would highly recommend ICAS and Justin to complete the job for a reasonable price compared to the other 3 estimates I received for the same warranties and shingles. Thank you for all you did.
