Writing this review 8 months after purchase. We had a very good experience with the whole process. We were taken care of and treated respectfully and courteously. We had taken care of our financing options ahead of time, so everything was quick and easy. Unfortunately, we recently discovered that the CVT is bad. I'm not saying that they knew the CVT was bad at time of sale, but we were definitely not informed. We bought it for a bargain and now we know why...
Highly Recomend!!!!! Sima, owner of this trustworthy and affordable car dealership was beyond amazing. I bought my very first car and has been running great. However like every other car it needed a simple tune up. Sima went above and beyond, lowering the price of the vehicle and even paying for my diagnostic check. My registration and smog was even taken care of for me. Great experience and I highly reccommend they even offer the option to finance. Thank you!!!
Came to buy a car had cash in hand the manager is a tool doesn’t even know how to negotiate. Car had multiple problems and he wouldn’t work with me on the price at all. All the car have cobwebs on them from being there so long. Overpriced and dishonest waste of my time. A lowball offer you guys wanted 8100 out the door I offered you 7400. For somebody who had this car on their lot since January it’s ridiculous that you would let it go over a couple hundred dollars.
