Salesman never followed up on radio not working immediately after purchase, but I’m honestly not surprised. The customer service wasn’t as great as it should be. The battery installed was not the correct battery for the vehicle, and that’s why the radio wasn’t working. The car could have been damaged by them putting in the wrong battery! Also, they didn’t provide me a temp tag after I asked, and that was something that should have been provided by the dealership, especially to a cash paying customer.
