The Doctor was very efficient, However I was disappointed that the staff would not give me my measurement unless I made a purchase. I have never experience a staff refuse to do this. I truly made me think of going somewhere else. This staff did not seem to want to go above and beyond for customer service. I wanted to be measured so that I can have everything completed before choosing a frame.
