Very professional with a good deal of attention to detail.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. I chose this office based on positive reviews, but my experience was very different. The techs were wonderful, kind, and respectful. I was given misinformation over the phone, which led me to drive 35 minutes only to find out I had to pay an amount I was not expecting for an exam ( even though I had called the night before and told that that fee is "optional") The most disappointing part was how Dr. Patel handled the situation.
